Spin-neutral tunneling anomalous Hall effect

Anomalous Hall effect (AHE) is a fundamental spin-dependent transport property that widely used in spintronics. It generally expected currents carrying net spin polarization are required to drive the AHE. Here we demonstrate that, contrast this common expectation, spin-neutral tunneling AHE (TAHE), i.e. TAHE driven by currents, can be realized an antiferromagnetic (AFM) tunnel junction where AFM electrode with non-spin-degenerate Fermi surface and normal metal separated non-magnetic barrier strong spin-orbit coupling (SOC). The symmetry mismatch between SOC results asymmetric momentum filtering of longitudinal current generating transverse each electrode. We predict sizable RuO$_{2}$-type SnTe-type show reversible N\'eel vector switching. With angle being comparable conventional bulk materials, predicted for detection
